DO YOU FRAME THE WORKS?

No, all works are shipped unframed. All dimensions are the total size of the paper. Please consider that when framed, the overall size will increase when measuring your wall space. 

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

Yes, we can ship worldwide. Please contact me directly for shipping costs outside of Australia. Please note that some countries charge duty on Artworks purchased from overseas. i.e. New Zealand. 

WHEN WILL THE PRINT ARRIVE?

Your Print should arrive within 14 days. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?

All works sent via Australia Post, registered. 

WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?

Prints and Watercolours are rolled in protective tissue + paper and sent in a protective tube. 

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

We don’t currently offer tracking or shipping notification, but if you’re eager to find out if your order is in transit, feel free to reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll be in contact.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments are made through PayPal checkout, but you don’t need to have a PayPal account to purchase.

DO MY WATERCOLOURS AND LIMITED EDITION PRINTS COME SIGNED AND NUMBERED?

Yes! Each print is signed and numbered by Jacinda Bayne. All watercolours are signed also.

DO I GET A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICATION?

Yes! Each print and watercolour comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by the Artist Jacinda Bayne.

ARE THE LIMITED EDITION PRINTS REALLY LIMITED EDITION

Yes! Each print is signed and numbered. This is the only size available. 

Once an edition has SOLD OUT that edition will not be released again, in ANY size. 

ARE THE LIMITED EDITION PRINTS ARCHIVAL QUALITY?

Yes! 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LIMITED EDITION PRINT?

To make sure that you get the maximum life from your print: 

Do not display it in direct sunlight or heavily lit sun lit rooms. 

We recommend if you are framing to ask for 98% UV protection glass or acrylic standard glass & acrylic only filter about 65% of damaging UV light. 

When handling avoid touching with bare skin on any area of the print.  

Protect from excess humidity and heat.

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be 100% happy with your Jacinda Bayne Limited Edition Print or watercolour. Please note that all watercolours are painted Plein Air, so they have some imperfections. Please contact me if you are at all unsatisfied with your purchase to discuss a remedy. 

In the case of a print being damaged in transit we can organise a reprint of your edition number. The damaged print will need to be returned at your own cost. 

WHAT DOES PLEIN AIR MEAN?

Plein air mean that the artist created the works on site outside in the landscape. This can mean that there will be imperfections in the surface of the work. Painting from the landscape is an integral part of the artists process.
